We, Swedish Coaching Institute (SCI) are an association of professional coaches, specializing in coaching leaders and managers.

We are skilled in traditional coaching techniques, but our way of coaching means more. We focus on sustainable leadership and a humanistic view. We help to build internal values for external success. ”Cold head with a clear view, warm heart, feet connected to mother earth, towrds abetter tomorrow”

We are firmly devoted to being present, listening deep and helping to release the potential within every client we work with.

We meet our clients for several sessions, each with a good amount of time, enough for deep reflection and rethinking.

Creating the ideal coaching for leaders

We know that some other issues help to create the ideal coaching session. For example; The environment where our sessions take place is chosen carefully. This creates wellbeing and joy. The conversation at a good meal opens your senses. The outdoor walk&talk brings energy and knowledge to the body.

We also offer feedback and accessibility between the coach sessions. This is needed to achieve and sustain real change.

Real, lasting change takes time – so we let the coaching take time.

We are strengthening coaching with a specially selected places for each meeting – the environment becomes part of the process. The meal is an important feature-it creates energy, enjoyment and presence. Feedback after and between meetings reinforces the process. Combine the heart of logic and the feet on the ground, taking you where you really want.

Humanistic view of human beings. Focus on the leaders.

The coaches of SCI all have in common management experience, from private industry, government and nonprofit organizations. Some from being executive managers, others from project management, therapy or  long time coaching / training. In addition, we have wide excellence by including engineers, business builders, prison officers, communicators, social workers, environmental consultants, craftsmen and scientists.

Coaching and more

In addition to individual coaching, we also offer team coaching and development. We also packages coaching, lectures and mentoring when needed.

Within our network we also have a wide range of renowned people. Psychologists, physicians, masters of chiropractic, legal assistants and family therapists – when needed.

Coach training and certification

We train coaches in SCI’s method “Coaching in Swedish”. Furthermore , we conduct leadership programs aiming to help future leaders. SCI also invites interesting Swedish and international speakers at our seminars.
